FMCRC Assets & Hope launch city of Tampa section 8 housing expansion with 3 new construction homes for Section 8. Currently over 80% of current FMCRC rentals are in middle/upper income census tracts.  FMCRC will target adding 50 Section 8 home rentals in Middle/Upper income neighborhoods to provide Section 8 low income families an opportunity to live in higher quality of life neighborhoods.

FMCRC Chair Al Pina welcomes children with cancer and their families to FMCRC beach sanctuary to find peace during their battle with life. FMCRC builds beach sanctuary for children with cancer.

FMCRC launches Low Moderate Income Rental Home Ownership Program. Will
place LMI renters into upgraded homes for no more than 2 years and work with
them to qualify for home ownership and place them into a home they will buy.


FMCRC Assets & Hope Housing Program rebuild beach condo to be used by
 children with cancer (many terminal) and their families to allow them to
 feel and see God's beauty in this beach sanctuary.

To increase African American home ownership and to address poverty.



First time home owners thank FHFA-FannieMae-FreddieMac for their new home. Under FHFA program, FMCRC purchased damaged home in low moderate income area and demolished it and replaced it with a new ground up home.



FMCRC Assets and Hope program launches Free Televisions For Active Military
Enlisted. Goal to donate over 50 televisions in 2017 to military enlisted.




FMCRC pushes for Compassionate Capitalism: Disabled Senior with Cancer and FMCRC Chair Al Pina sign mortgage release form that forgives FMCRC financed mortgage for condo FMCRC rebuilt and sold to Disabled Senior. Senior showed Great emotion during signing. On hearing that The senior had cancer, FMCRC moved to forgive the loan so she can use the funds to battle cancer. FMCRC hopes other banks and organizations can follow with acts of compassionate capitalism.


Tampa Sub Division Dedicated for Veterans / Active Military: FMCRC/Assets & Hope dedicate lot (6303 N. Rome Ave Tampa Florida) for Veterans & Active Military from MacDill Air Force Base affordable housing. Planning process has begun to build out this small sub division in Central Tampa that will provide affordable new construction housing for Veterans & Active Military. FMCRC/Assets & Hope leave no man/woman behind in our military.
